Pam Wakefield
Growing up amidst the serene landscapes of Cheshire, I’ve always felt a magnetic pull towards painting animals, birds, gardens, and rural scenes. This affinity for my homeland motivates me to capture its beauty. Additionally, I find joy in depicting industrial scenes such as old canals and factories, as well as the allure of coastal vistas. As an artist, I find myself drawn to a diverse array of subjects, allowing my creative expression to span a wide spectrum.
My Passion for Art
Now in a semi-retired phase of life, I have the freedom to indulge in my passion for art whenever inspiration strikes. I’ve honed my skills through self-guided learning, resulting in a distinct and fluid artistic style. I would classify my creations as having a traditional essence. Notably, I’ve recently taken on several commissions for pet portraits.
