MEMBERSHIP LEVELS COMPARISON TABLE BENEFITS
The chart shows the benefits available to members on the Bronze, Silver and Gold Membership Levels. For each Level there is a differentiation with the number of products for sale, commission levels, social media and marketing exposure, full e-commerce, independent website etc.

1.Your own online Gallery.
This is your own on line shop on New Art Gallery website where you can showcase and sell your artworks.
2.Control Panel for your Gallery.
This enables you to access your Gallery on New Art Gallery as an Admin.
Here you can upload your artwork images, and add, remove, change and amend your artworks, descriptions, prices etc at any time.
Also, you are able to add personal stories of your art journey – your ideas, your artworks, exhibitions etc.
- Cancel at any time.
You can cancel your New Art Gallery Membership subscription at any time.
- Set Up Support.
We give as much help as you need to get your Gallery started.
We will show you how to use the Control Panel, and also advise you on other things such as :-
Photographing your artworks, Uploading images, Writing a Bio, Writing Descriptions for your artworks, Pricing , Key Words etc.
NOTE – The photographs of your artworks are key to the success of your Gallery sales, as they are the only thing the buyer has to go off- unlike in a physical gallery. It is so important that you take the best shots you can.

If you don’t feel confident enough with your photography skills, then you may need to find a friend who does, or even invest in the services of a professional photographer.
For Bronze Level Members who don’t want to get involved with the technical side of creating their Gallery using the Control Panel, we will set it up for you.
We will set your Gallery up for you with the first 8 artworks you have chosen to sell. Once you send us the photos of your artworks, we will create your Gallery – uploading your images and adding your bio, titles, and descriptions etc.
At any time when you want to replace any of the original 8 artworks with new work then we are happy to do this for you but there would be an additional charge of £2 per artwork to cover our time adding these to your Gallery.
For Silver and Gold Members paying larger subscription fees but also not wanting to use their Control Panel, we are happy to do this for you at no extra cost.
We can’t promise to add your new replacement products immediately, but will do as soon as is possible.
- Set Up Marketing.
Once your Gallery is live, you will be introduced and welcomed as a New Art Gallery Member on the website and on New Art Gallery’s social media platforms- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Pinterest.
- Artworks for Sale at any one time.
The number of artworks available for sale in your Gallery at any one time. You can remove and replace these as often as you choose.
- Our Commission Fee for each Original Artwork Sold.
The % of the total sale price that New Art Gallery deducts before sending payment to the artist.
8.Your Commission for each Print Sale (PRINT ON DEMAND)
The % of the total sale price that Members who are selling their Art or Photography Images as Fine Art Prints, Cards or Printed Canvas Wall Art receive. There is no financial outlay or work for Members with these products as New Art Gallery fulfils the order and sends out to the customer.
- Featuring on New Art Gallery Website & Social Media
This is the frequency that Members will have their artwork and Galleries featured on New Art Gallery Website and Social Media Platforms- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest.
A Bronze Level Member will enjoy a Welcome feature introducing them and their Gallery on New Art Gallery Website and our Social Media Platforms together with frequent postings of their artwork.
In addition to the Welcome features above, other Members are included in a bi-monthly front page feature on the website and a regular Social Media posting programme.
- Advertising.
Members enjoy the benefits of a planned advertising programme promoting themselves, their work, and their Galleries.
11.Links to your own Website and Social Media Pages.
From your Gallery there are links to your own website and any Social Media accounts that you have.
12.Premium Support
We aim for a quick response to any support requests and offer full telephone contact to solve issues to keep your Gallery running smoothly.
- Simple Showcase Website
This is a non e-commerce website – more your own personal online brochure -to describe and display you and your artworks, but which links through to your Gallery for customers to buy from.
It is hosted on our servers and you choose your own Domain name.
- Full E-Commerce Website
Your own e-commerce website to sell from in addition to your Gallery Shop – with regular software updates, weekly back up and security scan.
